P1. —---product P2--------production P3--------price P4---------place P5---------promotion We shall be talking on these 5ps P1--------product When we talk of marketing, we must talk of product. What are we marketing?, goods and services, right?, yes, and that is where it starts. You must first look for a suitable goods and services for people to consumed. These goods and services must be the one they accept most. It's must be the one everybody wants to see, wants to eat or use.that is where marketing begins. P2----------production The next thing is production. Your goods and services must be original not fake. People hate goods that doesn't meet the standard they desire or expect from you. If your goods and services are not quality, you are not marketing anything, therefore, provide quality goods and services. P3---------price The next one is your Price. You are to go into deep research on the kind of product you are producing to see and know the price of other producers. Always, since the foundation of the world, price is the main thing people consider when making a purchase decision. Don't let your Price be too high and it must be according to the standard of your product. You can also reduce price to win customers. P4---------place Location is another way of marketing a product. You are to look for a good location suitable for your goods and services. If you're at a wrong location, you are not going to have sales as desired. Some goods are good for sales in a local or rural area while some are not. You are to stable your goods and services in the city to make more sales for certain goods and services. So, location is one of your marking strategies. P5-----------promotion Though P1------P4 above are talking promotion also as the word "marketing" is involved, but we still need to spread the goods and services to the customers. There are some things you need to consider under this sub-heading "promotion* Making awareness:- To do this, people use radio and television advertisements to tell people of what they do or what they sell. Some use billboards or sign pole e.t.c but aparts, promotion has gone online, people now use online marketing system such as using Facebook, Twitter, e.t.c to promote their goods and services. This delivers their goods and services to the wider audience in a second. Delivery system:- Here you need good method of delivery. Either getting a good vehicle to transport the products to the customers place or to a nearby station.
